About the Competition:

The Concept Intercollegiate Medical Essay Competition is an annual initiative of The Concept Academy, dedicated to advancing medical education in Nigeria. We believe that medical students are not just learners, but future leaders with the power to reshape the healthcare system.

This competition provides a platform for medical students across Nigeria to articulate their visions, ideas, and solutions for the future of medical education in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

Essay Topic:
“The Future of Medical Education in Nigeria in the Light of Evolving Career Dynamics”

We encourage creativity, out-of-box thinking, and originality.

Prizes:

• 1st Prize: ₦1,000,000 + $1,000+ worth of USMLE Prep Resources
• 2nd Prize: ₦400,000 + $1,000+ worth of USMLE Prep Resources
• 3rd Prize: ₦150,000 + $1,000+ worth of USMLE Prep Resources
• Top 10 Winners will share prizes worth over $10,000 in total

Eligibility:

• Open to ALL medical students (Medicine & Surgery) enrolled in any accredited Nigerian medical college.
• Entry is FREE.
